

Cody Wager completed his Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University, where he was trained to recognize and treat mental health challenges. Throughout this training, he received specialized experience working with the student-athlete population. His professional interests focus on integrating performance enhancement with mental wellness, helping athletes perform at their best while addressing challenges related to confidence, identity, performance-anxiety, stress, and life transitions.
Following his experience as a Division I student-athlete, Cody developed a passion for understanding the psychological factors that influence performance and helping athletes navigate the unique demands of competitive sport. He earned his Master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from Florida State University in 2020 and has spent the past eight years working with NCAA student-athletes. Throughout this time, he has gained extensive experience working with youth and high school athletes in performance enhancement and mental skills development.
